The concept celebrates the harmony between built form and nature, offering a refined experience of luxury and tranquility along the shores of the Red Sea.
At the heart of the design is a commitment to modern simplicity. The façades feature minimalist cubical structures with intentional voids that frame breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding landscape, while also adding a bold architectural identity. The experience is further elevated by six infinity pools and a crystal lagoon with direct beach-style access, all positioned to offer panoramic views of the marina and the open sea — enhancing the sense of openness, serenity, and visual continuity between architecture and water.
