The residential component of Platinum Hurghada is designed to offer smart urban living with a coastal twist. The buildings are organized around a quiet internal court, ensuring privacy and calm while still benefiting from the vitality of the surrounding commercial life.
Each residential block is defined by clean architectural lines, practical layouts, and private balconies. Natural light floods the interiors, while soft materials and neutral tones in the design palette provide a relaxing ambiance. The commercial spine of Platinum Hurghada is designed as a vibrant urban strip that brings life and activity to the entire development. Domesttu crafted a pedestrian-friendly layout with standalone retail units, restaurants, and cafes, all arranged along a central landscaped promenade. Each façade is modern yet welcoming, with shaded walkways, glass storefronts, and outdoor seating areas that encourage social interaction and maximize visibility.
