Inspired by the energy and fluidity of moving water, the design reflects a continuous and vibrant rhythm. The building’s curved glass façades express this dynamic concept, creating an open, flowing relationship between interior spaces and their surroundings.
Located in the heart of the New Administrative Capital, overlooking the Green River, Riverside presents itself with elegance, clarity, and movement. The ground floor is activated with retail and dining experiences, while the upper levels rise into a refined hub of contemporary office spaces — open, flexible, and filled with natural light.
